This album contains a selection of favourite dance tunes from Métis nights at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre every Wednesday night in Vancouver. They are recorded with learning the dances in mind, so are recorded at tempos and lengths that may be appropriate for a community dance including varied levels of dancers. Thanks to the Canada Council for the Arts for supporting this project.
